Mission Statement

Our mission is to build a strong “Senior Program” in the Town of Lillington where senior citizens will be able to gather for social engagements, increase their knowledge of new technologies, increase stamina and strength through fitness activities, and serve as mentors to our youth.

 

Goals

Our goals are:
• Collect information through surveys and meetings so we can get a better understanding of the needs and wants of senior citizens in our community.
• Be available at the best times for our seniors to participate in program activities.
• To enhance our facilities to the latest American Disability Act (ADA) standards so all senior citizens can participate in activities.
• Make this program as fun loving and exciting as possible for all participants.

 

Stretch & Flexibility program

enjoy an easy 30 minutes of stretching and flexing.

Cardio Fitness Equipment = We have a treadmill and a sit down stationary bike.

 

Available for use: Monday—Friday 8am-5pm                Cost: Free
