The Firemen’s Hut is home to our Senior Citizen program. The Senior program is designed for ages 55 and up. We are a young program and would like to hear your suggestions for program ideas. Please email any suggestion to Senior Program Ideas.

Mission Statement Our mission is to build a strong “Senior Program” in the Town of Lillington where senior citizens will be able to gather for social engagements, increase their knowledge of new technologies, increase stamina and strength through fitness activities, and serve as mentors to our youth.

Stretch & Flexibility program enjoy an easy 30 minutes of stretching and flexing.
Tuesday & Thursday 10am-10:30am Cost: Free (No class 2nd Tuesday of each month)

Cardio Fitness Equipment = We have a treadmill and a sit down stationary bike.
Available for use: Monday—Friday 9am-5pm Cost: Free Call 893-2864 to schedule your workout time
